Thank you, 2009

Thank you, 2009, for all the things you brought and took with you.

First off, I thank you for letting me enjoy you. You’ve been a wonderful year full of surprises. You might have taken my grandmother to A Better Place™, but you’ve rewarded me with friends and new brothers and sisters.

You brought love into my life, taught me who were the right people to have and keep in my life, and helped me remove the hurtful ones from my life. And let me reiterate: you brought me new brothers and sisters. Without the love given to me by these people, I don’t think this year would be enjoyed as much as it did.

I have a job that I am enjoying so, so much. I am loving it. The opportunity at Red 96 has been wonderful: I’ve met amazing people that I would’ve otherwise never thought I’d meet, I’m going places I never thought I’d go to. I have to thank Rafy Mediavilla and Mr. Tech for these stupendous occasions.
